Class action lawsuit against Honda for faulty brakes wearing out to fast due to the calipers being faulty, I've had to get mine rebuilt twice already and I only have 50k on my 09. They keep holding the pads down after you let off the brakes.

I think your best bet for an update is to search the internet. The only information you will get here is likely from google. I'm sure it's illegal to talk about it if your involved.

Right. The only brake suit I am aware was settled was for 08-10 Accords.

08-10 Civic calipers holding the pads to the rotor after letting off the brake so it makes the pads wear down way to fast, I've had to rebuild mine twice already.

Re: Update on class action lawsuit for brakes?

I personally was not aware of this issue, nor have I witnessed or experienced it. They have seemed average IMO.

The Accords I mentioned had really obvious issues though.
