'01 Civic won't turn over after replacing under dash fuse box

I have a '01 Civic HX manual transmission. Recently the air conditioner wouldn't turn on, the brake light stayed on, and the automatic door locks weren't operating. I took it to a mechanic and he said the MCU was bad and that I needed to replace the under dash fuse box. I bought a new under dash fuse box from the Honda dealer (part# 38200-S5P-A11) and replaced it according to the instructions on this post https://www.civicforums.com/forums/2...trol-unit.html. Now the door locks work and the brake light isn't on, but the car won't turn over. I have a scan gauge and the car isn't reporting any error codes. I've verified all the connectors are in the fuse box solid.

I can't find a good diagram or anything to know what connectors are what to see where the problem is. Does anyone have any pointers? Anything else that may be helpful for me to check?

Thanks in advance,
Bryan

Re: '01 Civic won't turn over after replacing under dash fuse box

I was able to fix it. I had decided to take a picture of how I had the fuse box hooked up to see if that helped. That's when I noticed that one of the relays that was installed was labelled "P/W RLY" on the fuse box. I don't have power windows in this car, so I found that a little odd. There was one open relay spot on the box and it was labelled "ST CUT RLY". When I'd moved the relays from the old fuse box to the new one, I'd placed one relay in the wrong spot. I switched the relay to the right spot and it started right up.

With the rat's nest going to the under dash fuse box, only have one misplaced or missed connection seems pretty good to me.
