Gas mileage on Civic has decreased from a consistent 35 miles-to-gallon to 30. The car has 78,000 orig. miles. When I was in my mechanics shop for an oil change this week, I mentioned this problem and he attributed it to a decrease in the quality of gas we're getting in Phoenix. He said he's had other customers comment their mileage is off. Any one experiencing this problem?
