Misfire cyl 03 2001 civic ex , cleaned egr ports

Misfire cyl 03 2001 civic ex , cleaned egr ports
Hey guys,
I finally took my intake off to clean the crudded up egr ports. They were totally blocked on the injector plate.
Car still hesitates/bucks/maybe misfires on cyl 03. but not as bad now. I am waiting to see if it will throw another code at me.
What to check next ? Fuel pressure? injectors ?
The port coming from out of the head into the injector plate was very clean.
I had been running seafoam and carb cleaner through the egr daily to try to clean it out. cary.price10@comcast.net
