I have a 1991 HondaCivic Lx 1.5 sohc. i recently put in a new battery, new starter, new plugs, new wires, new cap and rotar. it was running just fine until i filled it with gas. now it doesn't start. It will crank but just wont fire up. It sounds like its choking every time i try. and puffs out a little bit of smoke when i stop trying to start it from the air filter. its getting fuel but no spark. Could it be bad timing or just bad wires? Please i really need some help with this, thank you!!!
