On second set of rear window regulators from Rock Auto. First set didn't work, they told me they were for a American built civic and mine was canadian built so they sent new units. Same thing, I have the mounting bolts grounded and see 12v on one wire when puhing the button and 12v on the other wire when pulling the button. Window went down, not up. Window tracks ok ( not perfect ), when loose from the regulator. I tried connecting the second regulator outside the door with just the grould touching and the up/down button connected, same thing, down no up but 12v on both wires when pushing/pulling the button. Am I loosing my mind here ???
