Best bang for the buck mods?
Best bang for the buck mods?
Hi,
Great forum. I was just wondering what mods are the best in terms of cost and fun factor.
I'd like to do Wheels/tires, and a suspension mod maybe. That in mind,
- Please post some pics to show-off of your wheels/tires?
- Is CraigsL*** a decent place to buy wheels, or go new?
- Suspension ideas?
- Steering wheel covers; what do you have if anything?
I look forward to any input/ideas. Thanks!

Re: Best bang for the buck mods?
Welcome! I have a 7th gen but I think these are the best mods to start with.
1.) Lower it
2.) tires are the number one mod for improving handleing.
3.) Light weight wheels. (Enkei, Konig, Rota, OZ all have good priced options)
4.) then rear sway bar (bigger if you all ready have one).
I don't like steering wheel covers.

yeah, they found that the feeling is different, but no changes in stopwatch. 2nd time test, they did years ago and then last year, same results
