Hey I just started looking for a new car. I am completely new to buying a car and all the paperwork that i need to go through. I am in new jersey and i am aware that each state has different laws that require different things to be done when buying a second hand car. Now i have no idea what those documents and papers are, all i know is that you need the title transfer and registration. Anything else I need to be aware of? Please help! Thanks in advance.
