Hello everyone im Miles and new to this website and have a question about about my shifter vibrating. I have a 2005 civic LX coupe 5speed with currently 92k on her. I bought the car with 88k a few months ago from dealership and when i first test drove it and came back and looked under the car tranny fluid was leaking. I told them and long story short they didnt fix it and when i looked at it on the lift it was the left side axle seal. So i noticed it was still leaking a day later and after the salesman hung up on me I called up the honda dealer that I am good friends with an got 2qts of manual trans fluid and a seal an did it my self on my lift at work. It was a quart in a half low and i filled it to spec an never had it leak since. But I notice at 50-70mph my shifter is vibrating in 5th gear like it rubbingon something? If I move it over just a millimeter to the right it feels fine? Has anyone had this problem and could there be something wrong? Im waiting until next week to buy a magnetic oil an tranny plug so i can see whats goi on in there. Im confused thanks
