Red Line fuel system cleaner?

Has anyone tried this? Would it be OK to use on my Hybrid? (Yes, I am REALLY asking that question...Since getting this car I have run into a few occasions where people wont work on my car because its a hybrid.) I am looking for more ways to improve my MPG even more. Just swapped out my air filter too.

A waste of coin.

Consistent use of quality fuel is better.
