What are the best H4 halogen HID Blue Xenon lights bulbs etc?
What is the best H4 headlight bulb for 7th gen civ:
Brightest?
Best increase in seeing distance?
Do they cut through the rain/snow?
Bluest?
Wattage?
Will it melt the wiring?
Will it fit inside the headlight properly so that the reflection inside the factory headlight still works?
What is the warranty?
What brand?
How much are they?
How long have you had them in your vehicle and have you had to replace them?
What is the "Kandle" rating for the low beam? PIAA has from 3200 up to 5000 on the low beams
Sorry about all the questions, let me know your personal experiences, good and bad, with your lights and your recommendations. Much props for any help, I plan on buying a pair of bulbs by Friday.

I think that most of the hyper white lights are pretty much the same. I got a pair of "Super Bright Hyper White" xenon bulbs from PepBoys and they cost $15 per bulb. They fit perfectly in the OEM spot and work just fine, had them since March and still going strong. the wattage is the same as the OEM ones, around 65 or so, can't remember. The really blue ones are illegal in some areas, so I chose to stick w/ the whites, they meet all specs needed. I notice a litttle bit better sight at night, but I really notice it when my brights are on, then there is a real change. For a total of $30 it's worth it. Just remember not to touch the bulbs when putting them in and taking them out.
