couple issues

Hi everyone im kinda new so let me introduce myself, im Travis and i own a black honda civic 2005 LX in houston and i have a couple questions to see if someone here can help me out

1. i have a transmission problem where it wont staay in 5th gear,(it keepts poping of out 5th and i really dont know whats the problem) ive looked at it a lil, took to a shop twice and they werent able to fix it so i need some help here

2, is there any recommendations to where i can buy stock used or new coil springs?

3. does anyone know how to set a Vtec controller?

please help me

Fix the trans first, then see how much money you have left.

You need a better shop if they can't fix the problem.

Find a qualified tech that CAN rebuild the trans.

Hmmmm. Maybe a transmission shop? Or a dealer?

Or go the junkyard route for a used trans and hope for the best.

If you don't fix the trans, you'll just hate the entire car.

Springs; any junk yard, craigslist, dealership.

Vtec controller; most useless device imaginable.
