P0141: Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction.
That is not a cat code. A cat code is P0420.
The PCM cannot test or set a cat code until this code is gone.
Once this code is solved, then the PCM can test and fail the cat monitor.

I don't understand why all you kids think that having a cat is a bad thing.

You can remove the 02 sensor code without installing a cat and sensor by getting k-pro -$1100.

Just get a cat, adding 0.1whp by removing it at the cost of the environment is childish.

Re: 02 civic cel on for o2 sensor

you might ask a mechanic if it is possible to install an 02 sensor socket on the bypass pipe and screw in an oxygen sensor in there and plug the other end into the harness if it's still there. But even if you do something like that to fix the P041 code, the P0420 will pop up if it's not already there. The best fix is to install the cat and the sensor back in or live with it like that. do you have state inspection in your area ?
