I just called the owner of Hoehn Honda (which is where I bought my car) and he was such an a$$hole. I sent a letter a few weeks ago about my problems to him and they passed me back off to the general manager who I had spoken to before and shock and amazement did nothing to help me. Well apparently Mr. Bob (a$$hole) Hoehn never saw it. He said he didn't recall the letter. So either he is playing dumb or they just never gave it to him. That would not suprise me in the least. He didn't give a ****. For the owner of a dealership to not give a damn about his customers satisfaction is outrageous. All he said is he will look into it after he found out that I had a complaint and he was trying his hardest to get rid of me as quickly as possible. So I asked if he would be getting back to me he said he didn't understand what I wanted him to do and then he hung up. Sorry just had to vent. And to whoever is was that said Hoehn Honda was great like I said before I have stories you would not believe.
