how do u take aftermarket emblems off ur car

OK i was wondering how do u take the aftermarket emblem off the car without chipping the paint off my car.
Ur probably wondering y im taking it off well i have one of those light up one and it has like these 2 black sopts behind it and i want 2 take it off and buy a new one ant help on taking it off would be greatly apreciated.

My guess is heat (heat gun) just like anything else, assuming it uses adhesive tape or something like it.

its like this really strong glue so u think a heat gun will take it off and it wont chip the paint either right? well ima try it well see how it turns out or can i go someplace so someone else can do it?
