I got in a wreck, lady ran a red light, nailed my back driverside tire and this is what it looks like now.

I know it's hard to tell from the pictures, but what do I have here?

I got rear ended on the 7th in my EM2, the girl that hit me accepted to be at fault and her insurance issued me the fair market value for my car despite it having been salvage.

I got $7k for my EM2 and then after some back pain and visits to the doctor got $3k for pain and suffering.

Your car luckily doesn't look totaled. It will probably be fixed if she's to blame.

Oh, I forgot to mention. She sped off after you left my car undrivable.

It looks like the bolts connecting the trailing arm to the subframe just sheared, relatively minor repair.

^^ He's talking about #27. Replace those but, chances are that there are other parts bent if the the front of the arm is on the ground. If replacing the bolts doesn't work try replacing #'s 18, 9, and possibly 4. If that still doesn't fix it try replacing the entire arm- #15. If that doesn't fix it then replace #3. And if that still doesn't fix it I would look at the mounts where everything attaches to the body.

*Make sure to inspect everything really good and if anything seems even slightly off replace it.

prolly gonna be mostly suspension related. having a rear hit is much better than in the front. i would take it to a shop and get some estimates.
