Manual Rack and Pinion 2002 Civic LX

Was wondering if anyone knows if there is a manual rack and pinion for a 2002 Civic LX out there.

Not that I am aware of. Closest you can get is a power steering pump delete with a loop and breather set up. I did it a couple of years ago. There's a DIY.

There's also the option of swapping in the EP3 electric steering rack, if the goal is eliminating the power steering pump.
