I believe that if you use LED as brake lights, something tells the car that you dont have brake lights? and so your DRL's wont work.

Dont hold me to that, so i heard from riceboy's LED setup.

Re: LED Bulbs In The Tails. Issues?

also the cruise stops working for some cars. and 99% of led bulbs are all chinese garbage produced for $1 and sold for $30. it may last a few weeks or a few months, but even when they are working it will only be about 1/10th as bright as a stock filament bulb. if you get in an accident, it will be your fault because none of your lights will meet the legal output and distance requirements. there are a few good pnp led bulbs like the elef hi power leds (dont have any sizes for civics tho) from korea, and the luxer1 leds (mostly comes in park light size like 194) from japan.

Change to led bulbs as easy as normal bulbs, you just need find right size bubls. chinese bulbs is quiet cheap, like BangGood , DX etc, they selling much less than 10 dollars, I just update my old headlight with led last month, It works like champion. not sure if it will broken in next coupon of month, until now it is find. you might check at http://www.banggood.com/Wholesale-Le...ts-c-1627.html to find the right one.
