('98 Civic sedan) Replace stock radio?
Hello,
Someone please help me with the following questions? I want to replace the stock radio on my 98 civic sedan.
1. What adapter, parts, size, etc. do I need?
2. What radio/CD with plug-in for ipod do you recommend?
3. What do you recommend to put in place of the bottom CD player?
4. Any links with detailed instructions for this project?
Thanks in advance!!!

Re: ('98 Civic sedan) Replace stock radio?
if you do some research online you can find sites that will sell all the adapters and extra parts you need when you buy the radio. you can also pick what radio you like and make sure it has everything you want. a few of my friends have bought radios off the internet and they came with adapters and everything. idk where they went to buy them tho. both the radios i put in my car i wired myself cause i bought them at stores instead of online

One website: crutchfield.com. They will send you EVERYTHING you will ever need plus lifetime customer service and tech support with any purchase you buy. The bottom of the CD player is only "replacable" if you get a double-din head unit. If you have questions in regards to terminology and what not, please see the link in my signature. I explain more than you will ever need to know about anything regarding audio.
