Im looking into this si at my local dealer, but there's something odd on the carfax report or maybe I just don't understand it but the first reported mileage was 12,075 and I can't figure out why. The, only thing I can think of is that they told me a Honda tech guy and a Honda dealer owned the car and perhaps he the dealership leased it to him causing the mileage discrepancy, but Im not sure. Any ideas?

carfax is just a history of the car.

so at 12k miles, the owner prob took it into the dealer for a service at some sort. usually it will record to service and the milage the cars at.
