maybe its a dumb question
but i want to kno if i can use the del sol vtec rims on my stock dx tires
the del sol rims are using these rubbers;
195/60 R14
the dx stock rubbers are;
185/70 R14

is it possible to use my rubbers and change the alloy part?...

and another question:
how do you measure the % of tread left...and wut is a good amount ?

yes you can, they both have the same lug pattern

& yes, Your tires will fit on those Del Sol rims

For the treadwear, just stick a penny in the tread headfirst, if you can see the top of Lincolns head, you need new tires.

The 195 & 185 is kind of how wide the tires is. If the rims are 185 and you put a 195 tire on it, the tire might appear to be sticking out a bit over the rim. Might be cheaper to go buy brand new tires with a warranty for $250 at goodyear same as cash for 3months.
