Let the car completely dry before you roll down the windows. They spray the window gaskets with silicone to promote them sliding on the glass, combined with water, they leave streaks. When you wash your car, water is going inside the door.

Relax, nothing is wrong, just wait for the inside of the door to dry out before you roll down the windows.

Yeah I found issues with that when I was lubricating my windows with that silicone spray but yeah just allow the windows to dry.
