Fan does not blow, seems that heat radiates from vents but it would be nice if it blew. When I press the A/C button the light comes on but nothing else happens. How can i fix this issue? What is my issue? I can't find much info on a 1989. Thanks in advance. I am stationed in Italy so parts are a little harder to find

Go under and passenger dash and look for the blower motor (#4). Disconnect the connector and apply battery power to one terminal and ground to the other. The motor is good if it spins. The next thing to do is replace the resistor (#5).
