Hey guys trying figure out what is wrong here the image. And how to fix it, please let me know thanks.
2003 Honda Civic HX 1.7 Vtech motor.

I fixed your picture link.
first thing that came to me was a bad spark plug tube seal
to fix it, take off the valve cover, replace the seal (all 4 if you're feeling frisky)

A little more insight..

It's #6 on the drawing
Part # 12342-P2A-005, $7.40/seal on that website.
If it were me, I'd replace all of 'em at the same time. It's also up to you whether or not you replace the valve cover gasket as well. You can probably get away with using the old one, but make sure you have some RTV handy to apply where the gasket makes sharp bends. Picking up a Haynes manual wouldn't hurt. It gives you step by step instructions how to go about taking pretty much your entire car apart, and gives you torque specs for when you go to put stuff back together.
