04 civic winshield wiper not working
my wipers work intermittently, sometimes they work fine, other times they wont turn on for days at a time. When they aren't working its like the motor is dead, but then sometimes it just takes a while for the car to be on for them to work. Everytime I try to take it into honda, the wipers work fine! What can i do? has anyone else had this issue?
