bought my first car

I bought my first car today, it's a 2006 Honda Civic Si Coupe w/factory navigation, injen CAI, gold 17" Enkei J10 rims, HID headlamps, and custom tail light array. How do i add my car to the garage?

Im not sure I think you have to have made a certain amount of posts first I cant even add cars to my garage for some reason, if you find out please let me know.
