2000 Honda Civic Si $3000 is this a good deal?

hello there, i'm going to get a deal on a 2000 Honda Civic Si for $3000. 160,000 miles. good condition, need sway bar, O2 sensor replace. No accident, or damage. this is a good deal for $3000?

My first instinct is to ask "no really, what's wrong with it"

My understanding is it needs a sway bar and the O2 sensor was replaced, yes?

Seems about right. My friend is selling his for $4500k, he's the only owner, and it has 80k miles...

No, the sway bar and O2 Sensor havn't replaced yet. i have to fix it.

Ehhhhh id offer him 2500 that stuff can be expensive to fix

it cost me 120 from bosch for an o2 sensor
the sway bar are you talking about the upper strut bar or front lower sway bar
or rear sway bar if any of the lower sway bar with the link and if the bolts to the link is not ceased then ur good if it does like mines you gonna have to cut it out and replace 2 new sway bar linkage and those can be pricey too
