D17 engine + turbo kit (2001-2005 Civic)
Time to begin a new project, so I'm parting out.
Selling a turbo kit, engine and transmission for a 2001-2005 Honda Civic.
Includes:
Built block
Supertech block guard
Wiseco low compression pistons
Carillo rods
ACL race bearings
For the cylinder head, recommend using your existing cylinder head, and swapping out the cam and valve springs.
Crower turbo cam
Crower valve springs
ARP head studs
New water pump, new oil pump, new thermostat
440cc injectors
Fidanza lightweight flywheel
Fidanza 4.3 clutch kit, ceramic 6-puck clutch disc (5000kms on it)
Engine has 15000kms since rebuild, 30000 kms total
Dezod T3/T04 turbo
Dezod intercooler
All required intercooler piping
TiAL blow off valve and wastegate
TurboXS manual boost controller
Dezod custom exhaust manifold, shorty pipe and downpipe with wastegate dump tube
Please email me for more info. There are several more parts included, too many to list. This is a complete kit, good for 300hp on pump gas. Engine blew timing belt, so valves are most likely damaged, but you can use your existing head and swap in the cam and valvetrain from this one. Pistons are 75.5mm, recommend you use and upsized head gasket to fit. This turbo kit can support 500hp if you change your injector size and run a different engine management system. These parts retail for over $15k.
