2001 civic SI coupe (USA EX) clock spring/cable reel

Hello, My 2001 civic SI coupe (USA EX model) clock spring/cable reel need to be replaced, my car also have cruise control. Can anyone tell me where I can get this part at a good price other than dealers? I can install it myself no problem and dealer is charging me 300+ just for the part.

Thank you very much for your help
