24 Hours of LeMons $500 Car Endurance Race: June 19 Entry Deadline for Mid America
The 24 Hours of LeMons endurance race for $500 cars is coming to Mid America Motoplex in Pacific Junction, IA (just outside of Omaha) on August 28-29, 2010. Expect a weekend of terrible cars pushed to the limit, ill-advised junkyard engineering, and questionably civilized fun.
**The entry deadline for the race is June 19, 2010.** Got a line on a rustbucket 5th-Gen Civic? Can’t figure out what to do with that CRX parts donor? If you can scare up some safety equipment and a few other guys with equally bad judgement, you can be on the starting grid for the world’s best race of the world’s worst cars.
