I drive an 04 Honda civic and the headlights went out at the same time! I have looked here but can't see the responses to a thread I found even though I joined, so I'm asking myself...sry and thanks!

Changed the fuses anyway, just for good measure. Odd thing is when I was fiddling with them at Autozone, I went inside and when I came out the right one was on (not the hi beams)!!! But it went out after I flipped em off and on. I'm thinking this is indicative of some sort of electrical problem? Surge somewhere? I hope it's not the switch...

I have an '01 coupe and the same thing happened to me on vacation. 900 miles from home! Turned out the multifunction switch in the steering column burnt up. Mine happened to be under a recall. Check and see if there is a recall on yours.
