How Do you take pictures W/ neons

the subject line pretty much says it. how should i take a picture of my car at night to capture the neons and all my lights? Flash? no Flash?

Its just film, or if your using a digital, go with trial and error either way, your camera might take better night pics than mine so no advice can be offered, might look great both ways, give it a shot, at the most, its only film or a memory.

i tried at nite with no flash.. you can barely see it. and when you use flash, it looks like a day time pic. its really hard with my digi-cam

Your best bet might be to take pics just before night fall. When there is still enough light to see your car and the lights with no flash! Try it out!

hey wassup u can also mess wit the shutter speed on your camera...i ususally do that when im at raves and i want to take pics of people using their glowsticks

If you're using a digital camera, don't use the flash. Just f*ck with the aperature and the exposure. One let's in more light and the other, well I forget, but just mess around with it and you'll find the right match.

Yeah for crazy glow stick pix...I get the lowest grade of film...cuz it doesn't have that special...no blur feature like a lot of the new film...and then I get my camera and I can set my ISO to like 1000 so it lets tones of light in.....It's all about the film and lens size dude...my digi cam doesn't like night pix either...so use a regular cam dude...

use a tri-pod to stablilize your camera... and no flash
