Least take over this stunning 2008 Honda Civic Si Coupe with Pearl Black exterior and black interior.
This car comes with 35% front / 20% rear tinted windows ($350 value) and Civic Si winter rubber mats ($160 value).
The car is located in Toronto, Ontario (near Sheppard & Yonge).

This Si is in excellent working & cosmetic condition. VERY Clean and very well taken care of.
I always fueled up with premium gas and 'hand' washed the car on spring/summer & hand waxed two times per year.

Interior is also extremely clean as you can see in the picture.
This car is smoke & pet free.

This car was originally leased for 60 months on Feb 29, 2008, so there are approximately 36 months remaining.
It currently has about 36k mileage which means you can drive up to 28,000km per year!
Unlike other lease take-over cars this car is actually UNDER the yearly mileage limit.
*REMEMBER* it costs $0.12 penalty per each over driven km.

Current monthly payment is $332.75 + taxes ($376 tax incl.).
I will give CASH INCENTIVE of $600 paid directly to you,
so considering the incentive your effective monthly payment will be $316.08 + taxes ($357 tax incl).
Payment breakdown: ($332.75 x 36mo -$600) / 36mo = $316.08

Buyout price at the end of lease term is $11,472 which is extremely low compared to other leased Si cars.

I will also cover the lease transfer fee which is about $600.
I have kept all of the maintenance invoices (oil change, tire rotation, etc) for reference.

No accident, no mods, all original.

The only reason why I'm transferring this car is because I have to leave Canada for about an year..
