A'PEXi LOWERING SPRINGS: anyone?

I just wanted to know if anyone's installed A'pexi lowering springs.
I'm pushing a 1.7EL (Civic EX sedan in the USA) and was wondering if anyone had any input on this matter.

I got the Apex Sport Spring. They are make in Holland. Is this the one you are asking??

I have a shop here in MTL that offered those springs for the 2k1 Civ. sedan-

Was he mistaken, or is this totally possible?

If so, he's charging me 420: that's w/ taxes and install included
