98 civic lx brakes

hey there, well I searched this forum and can't find what I'm looking for. There are four bolts holing the caliper in place, but one of them doesn't have a bolt at the end, just some rubber and like a weird "piston like" thing. My question is, if I take the other three bolts out, will the caliper come off? or will I need a special tool for this particular piece?

I've done plenty of work on my cars but this is the first time I see this as all my other cars have been American. thanks a lot in advance.

forget it guys all I need to do is take out the two 17 bolts on the bottom that hold the caliper in place. Wow I feel like such a rookie lol
