removing trim piece

okay I know there is a DIY for painting the trim piece, but after I took off the accessory plug trim piece (looks like a cigarette lighter plug). I can not find the two 8mm bolts(silver) that you are supposed to remove in order to pop out the center piece
Is that DIY only for 2k1? I have a 2k2 Lx

After you take out the plug piece if you reach up under the trim you will feel them or what you can do is take a mirror and find them that way. They are really hard to get to. You probably won't be able to get to them with a regular wrench.

just stick your head in the accessory plug and look up, they're there. you're just not looking hard enough.
