Hey guys, just picked up an 03 civic tonight... with hubcaps *shudders*. Will these bad boys fit if I'm looking to lower?

Edit: Used to have a '97 Si before it got written off so I'm really venturing into unknown territory as to what size looks natural on the 7th gens so any help will be appreciated.

yep. they will fit. you will be using the smaller 4 bolt pattern of the 2 patterns you see on there.

On that note, what seems to be kosher in terms of lowering so that everything will tuck in nicely and let me still be able to take a speed bump on a 7th gen?

I get a good SCHLIIIIIING from the exhaust when rolling over speed bumps. Take them real easy and don't try to enter/exit parking lots that have too much of an incline/decline.
