What modification is required???

Wuddup y'all? Just gotta ask a question about a conversion. I'm in the process of doin a 05 EL rear conversion on my 01 EL. I have ALL the parts and right now I have the rear bumper gettin painted so I can't really try it out to see if it is a direct fit. I been reading that some modification is required. If that is the case does ANYBODY know what modification is required? While I was lookin at the 05 bumper and the 05 outer tail light, it look like it clips together BUT im not for sure. Hopefully somebody(s) can shed some light.

Re: What modification is required???

But thats the problem, if you look at the 01-03 EL's, the rear outer tail lights are shorter while the bumper is higher as the 04-05 outer tails are longer and the bumper is shorter. What I wanna know is if the the part that connects directly under the outer tail light, does that part of the bumper connects to something or does it connect directly to the tails? I was lookin at one of my tails and it look like it has a connection BUT not sure.
