i have a 91 civic hatch and i am rebuilding a d16a1 i would like to know if it will fit into the 91? i also have the si trans in the civic right now my buddy told me that the d16a1 will bolt right up to the si tranny is that true? i dont really know how this forum if u could message me or what ever i just really need to know cuz i can not find it any where on the internet.

the engine should swap right in all hondas are the same.. might have to change one mount on the driverside of the engine near the strut tower. and yea the trans should mount right up no problems.

what ever trans you use you have to get the axles for that trans.. if its a gsr trans have to get gsr axles etc.
