What are possible Causes of code 16? 91 civic
I am just wondering if anyone knows a few things that can cause this. I know its a fuel injector code, and I know that this can also be set off by a failing main relay. Are there any other sensors or problems that can cause the ECU to set off this codE? I have a 91 Civic DX hatch.

try and get ahold of some new injectors or send yours to be cleaned and blueprinted. its possible they are still spraying, but in a dense stream of liquid instead of fine mist. that would cause alot of problems burning fuel and choking up the motor.
