Hi everyone i am Cedric from Jamaica. I recently acquired a 1995 civic and i am
in the process of sorting it out. The tranny seems to be most urgent it is making
a loud grinding.rev. sound when engaged, it gets louder the more i rev.

Engine is nice and quite when i disengage the tranny. what should i do, no one wants to repair it. All the mechanics i speak with suggest i replace it or convert to regular automatic tranny that selects gears. I believe if i cannot afford a new tranny then the best bet is to repair with new parts its better than buying used tranny because there is no quarantee how long before the used one starts acting up.what do you suggest.
