Hey, if it cranks...thats a good sign...try your distributor, cap and rotors...change out your spark plugs. Change the cap and distributor, those go bad inside the spark modual..how many miles does your civic have?
Re: Problems with D15b7
you may have a weak fuel pump, try cyclign your key three to 4 times then starting it or cycling, "bumping", the engine a few times before trying to start it, as this will give necessary fuel.
i had a similar problem in my 89 DX stopped at a gas station and it wouldn't fire back up so i could back up to the pump as i pulled a little to far forward..
also, if that doesn't work, try doing a compression test, and how is the motor soundign when it spins over? does it sound like a drill? or have an uneven rotation? if it spins liek a drill you probably bent your valves and have no compression, if it's uneven, you may still have bent some valves, also check cam timing, and if your positive you didn't bend valves, open your rad cap when you turn it over and see if there's any fluid or pressure exiting the radiator with the cap off, if there's little to no fluid, or pressure exiting, you probably popped a head gasket, also do a vacuum gauge check, to see if maybe your intake gasket went out.
for a no start condition, this is all the things i would look at, as i've run across these problems on customer vehicles, you could also pull the dipstick and see if you got antifreeze in with your oil that way to check for a popped head gasket or possibly even worse.. cracked/warped head. hope it turns out to be something simple and easy to replace.

Will not start ever...period?
either...
No Fuel
No Spark....
...Said you have spark.
Fuel? You can download a manual pretty easily...check the fuel pump/injector run circuit....
Had a similar problem in an older honda....Bad Main Relay...gave me FITS!
