Hello,

The issue is a bit weird. In short, I cannot control the temperature of the heater at will.

If the car has been run for a while at a certain temperature (fan on, air from outside), I cannot change the temperature anymore until I shut the car off and let the engine cool off.

The engine temperature is normal, ad coolant in the radiator is filled propely.

Is there any way to check? Fuse, voltmeter, and such?

im not sure, aside from buying a new control dial piece on ebay and swapping it in. it may also be a problem with the mechanical parts, i know when you turn the dial hot and cold, stuff moves in the dash. maybe its sticking in one position even tho the switch works.
