I have a 95 civic with a d16y8 bottomend and the dz head and pulled it out this winter and rebuilt it. I had installed it back in the car now does not go over 4600 rmp

hey, try checking your computer...are you running on the stock ecm? if not, try playing around with the computer, because it regulates fuel, rev and other things..if thats not the case, maybe they botttomend ur motor wrong..let me know..
