Just replaced my distributor and my car still wont start. Appreciate any advice.
Hi. My 1994 civic stalled and I had it towed to my house. My brother and I replaced the following parts fuel filter, spark plugs and wires; we replaced the s-plugs because two of the plugs had oil on them when we checked them, so we also replaced the outer ring gasket, tube seals, air filter and the whole distributor meaning not just the cap and rotor. When we went to start the car it now jumps when trying to start but still does not turn over. We check the main relay and it's fine. Would appreciate any help. Thank you.
Also... I just had my fuel pump replaced a couple of months ago.

If its not your main relay it may be your comp I had a 90 si hatchback do that same thing was gettin gas but wasnt firing so we replaced the distributor still wouldnt start found out my main relay was bad and my cpu was also bad so check your cpu hope that helps

Main relay is good and so is CPU. I just tested my battery and it's at 11.6v I'm going to replace it and see if that'll do it. Any other suggestions?
