PLEASE HELP!!! 05 Honda Civic EX Sedan Head Unit Removal

Hey my name is Rick Reale and I have 2005 Honda Civic Ex Sedan with an Automatic Transmission, and I need help on the removal of the head unit. If someone has detailed directions I would greatly appreciate it. I already have an aftermarket installed but I need to remove it due to I blew my front components and disconnected the cables in the back and need to plug them back in because I am installing a new pair.
