another ignition problem

another ignition problem
I replaced my d17a1 in my '02 LX today with a fresh re-built unit. After hooking the wiring back up and test firing, I figured out that it has no spark.. Why? I have no idea. Everything is hooked up properly. What could cause this? Where is the PCM located on these cars? Thanks..

the engine computer is located behind the glovebox
