manual tranny kicking out of 5th gear

manual tranny kicking out of 5th gear
driving down the highway today at around 70 mph. and the transmission just kicked out of 5th into neutral. So, i put it back into 5th and seconds later same thing happened. first time this has happened so i'm not too sure if it's worn gear teeth or something in the shift linkage is broken or it's the clutch. any ideas?

it happens, there is a tsb about this, its the 1 2 and 5 shift forks that need replaced

fluid level can cause this issue too. check level, leaks, and axel seals.
