Clutch "chatters" in cold weather

I have a 2004 civic ex, 5spd. When the car has not moved in about 5hrs or more on a cold morning/after work, my clutch chatters until the car warms up. There is no slippage, noise, grinding, the fluid is topped off, clutch pedal feels solid the only thing I get is the chattering (only when starting from a stop). If its warm weather, or if the clutch is still warm from a previous drive it doesn’t do it.

I think that the surface of either the flywheel or the clutch may be glazed over a bit from the previous owner riding the clutch.

Any ideas! i bought the car used with 35K miles on it (it has 65K now) and I’m thinking the previous owner didn’t know how to drive a stick.

Could be the tranny/motor mounts, the flywheel could have hotspots, or the clutch/pressure plate is having problems.
