When I start my Civic 02, happens more in winter, there is a ticking as if the blinker is on (its not), and the gear indicator in the dash and the radio light will dim and brighten in time with the clicking. sometimes even the outside side lights also go on and off, and sometimes this continues after I turn off the car and take the key out of the ignition. sometimes it stops if I turn the lights on or turn off car and re-start or hit the remote lock. This happened last winter too, maybe winter before I don't remember.
